Zen Jefferson (he/they) is an internationally recognized Black queer performer, DJ, and NY Bessie–nominated sound collage artist. Based in Europe—currently transitioning from Berlin to Cork, Ireland—Zen’s practice sits at the intersection of performance art, ritual, and community connection. Through a blend of movement, music, and storytelling, Zen shapes sound into immersive experiences that foster healing, cultural exchange, and emotional resonance.
